By using Akfo services (Mojisli, AkfoID, AkfoKit), you declare that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You will use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• You will not use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities
• The information you provide is accurate and current

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Akfo services for legitimate personal or business use. You must not:

• Sell, lease, or trade service access
• Perform reverse engineering or decompiling content
• Extract or use content for commercial purposes without permission
• Use bots or automation scripts without written permission
• Duplicate or distribute our content without permission

If you create an account with us:

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• You are responsible for all activities on your account
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use
• We are not liable for unauthorized access without our negligence

By uploading or creating content on Akfo (such as short links in Mojisli, profiles in AkfoID, or using tools in AkfoKit), you authorize us to:

• Store, process, and display your content
• Create backups for security
• Use content to improve services (without personal identification)

• Service will be free from errors or disruptions
• Content will always be available or accurate
• Service meets your specific needs

You must not use Akfo for:

• Distribute defamatory, threatening, or hurtful content
• Commit fraud, phishing, or scams
• Download malware or viruses
• Perform DDoS attacks or hacking
• Spam or disrupt our service
• Violate privacy or rights of others
• Other illegal activities

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms and conditions
• You engage in harmful activities
• You are inactive for an extended period
• You violate applicable authority

You can delete your account anytime through your account settings.

All content, logos, designs, and other materials on Akfo (including features of Mojisli, AkfoID, and AkfoKit) are our intellectual property or licensors. You may not use these materials without written permission. If you believe there is copyright infringement, please contact us.

Akfo may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services (Mojisli, AkfoID, AkfoKit) anytime. We will attempt to notify you of significant changes. Your continued use after notification means you accept the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indonesian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled by competent courts in Indonesia.
